   • The warranty applies exclusively to ESD chairs purchased directly from our authorized retailers or distributors.

2. Exclusions from Warranty

   • The warranty does not cover damages or issues caused by:
     • Misuse, abuse, or improper handling of the chair.
     • Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations.
     • Normal wear and tear, including fabric or surface fading, scratches, or minor cosmetic damages.
     • Environmental factors such as exposure to excessive heat, moisture, or chemicals.

3. Customer Responsibilities

   • It is the customer’s responsibility to use the chair as per the provided instructions and guidelines.
   • Proper care and maintenance must be followed to ensure the longevity of the product.

4. Claim Process

   • To make a warranty claim, the original proof of purchase must be provided.
   • Claims should be submitted through our official customer service channels within the warranty period.
   • Upon approval, we will repair or replace the defective part or product at our discretion.

5. Limitations of Liability

   • This warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts or products.
   • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the product.

6. Void Warranty

   • The warranty will be considered void if:
     • The product has been used for purposes other than its intended use.
     • Damage is caused by improper assembly or installation by the customer.
